GCC Shipping & Delivery

Orders within the GCC are handled by our trusted shipping partner ARAMEX, and are typically processed within 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number to track your shipment.

International Returns & Customs

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, all applicable customs duties and taxes are covered by us at the time of shipment, eliminating any unexpected charges upon arrival. As these fees are paid directly to customs authorities, they are non-refundable.

In the event of a return, the original shipping fee, along with any customs duties and taxes paid, will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
